Introduction

Hi, I’m Erica Ward, Master of Public Health (MPH) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS). I work with adults and older teens (15–18) navigating ADHD, emotional regulation, and executive functioning challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Treatment focuses on identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical, usable skills. Many clients experience ADHD alongside anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or personality-related patterns that impact relationships, organization, and daily functioning. Our work targets improving clarity, stability, and day-to-day functioning. My style is direct, structured, and collaborative. I focus on real-world application so clients leave sessions with tools they can actually use. The goal is to help you feel more in control, more consistent, and more effective in your daily life.
