Introduction

Hi, I’m Erica Ward, Master of Public Health (MPH), Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS), Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider (CCATP), and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Provider (C-DBT). I provide telehealth therapy and behavioral health evaluations for adults across Florida. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, addiction recovery, bipolar disorder, personality-related patterns, and life transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My style is direct, compassionate, and practical. I help clients understand the patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building skills that support real, sustainable change. Clients often share that they appreciate the balance of structure, humor, and authenticity I bring to our work. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and in control as you move toward a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.
