Introduction

Hi, I’m Ericah Miller. As a working mom of two, wife, friend, and sister, I understand how life can feel both full and heavy at the same time. I’m passionate about helping women and people of color navigate the stressors that come with full, demanding lives—and supporting those who feel ready to gently face and heal from difficult parts of their past. Maybe you’re carrying childhood wounds you’re finally ready to explore, adjusting to the emotional and mental load of motherhood, questioning a career or academic path, or wondering why life still feels hard even when you’ve achieved things you once hoped for. I work with those who feel stuck but are ready to move forward, and I also offer a supportive space for processing everyday stress and gaining new perspective. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should help you feel seen, heard, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life with greater resilience and confidence. While we can’t always prevent life’s storms, we can strengthen the skills that help us stay steady, through healthier coping skills and deeper self-understanding. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, loosen the hold of the past, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, lighter, and more aligned with who you truly are. You deserve harmony, peace, and balance in your life. While I enjoy supporting women and people of color, I welcome clients of all backgrounds who are seeking a supportive, culturally responsive space for growth and healing.
