Introduction

Every person's story is worth honoring — and with the right support, that story can always be rewritten into one of resilience, renewal, and peace. That's what I show up to do every single day. I have a special heart for couples, families, veterans, and individuals who are ready to do the real work — the kind that changes not just how you cope, but how you see yourself. Whether you're a couple trying to rebuild trust and find your way back to each other, a family navigating the complexity of co-parenting after divorce, a veteran carrying the invisible weight of service, or someone quietly battling depression or anxiety while holding everything together on the outside — I meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, honesty, and zero judgment. I specialize in couples therapy, family dynamics, co-parenting, divorce and breakup recovery, veteran support, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and the challenges that often go unspoken within the home. I understand that what shows up in our relationships and our minds is rarely just about the surface — and I have both the clinical depth and the compassionate presence to help you go deeper. One of my greatest joys is helping clients reframe — challenging the stories you've been telling yourself, shifting the way you see your circumstances, and helping you discover a perspective that actually serves you. My approach is holistic and results-oriented, blending practical tools with deeper emotional insight so you always leave with something real and tangible to work with. For me, therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It's about building stronger relationships, prioritizing your mental wellness, and approaching life's transitions with clarity and confidence. Happiness isn't a destination — it's a daily journey, and I'm committed to walking it with you. Outside of the therapy room I'm a dedicated girl mom and grandmother who treasures every moment with my daughters and granddaughter. And on game day? I'm proudly cheering on my Atlanta Falcons — because I believe in showing up fully for the things and the people you love, win or lose. That same loyalty is exactly what I bring to every client I serve. I can't wait to meet you.
