My ideal client is someone who is looking to tackle their problems head on and work towards accomplishing their therapeutic goals. Regardless of what problems they might be struggling with (anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc.), I strive to enable my clients to thoughtfully and strategically manage their lives so that they can feel confident and capable of solving any current or future problem they might encounter. My goal is to teach my clients the skills they need to feel empowered taking on life's challenges. I utilize a combination of Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients accomplish their individual or relational goals.
