You’re navigating one of the most significant transitions of your life — and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting adults through perinatal experiences, including pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, infertility, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. I also work with adults across a wide range of life concerns — anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, and major transitions. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring your whole self. I incorporate nature-informed therapy, which uses our relationship with the natural world as a resource for grounding, healing, and perspective — whether through reflection, imagery, or mindful awareness of seasons and cycles. Nature-informed therapy can be in-person walk-and-talk or “sit spot” sessions in Rock Creek Park, or we can integrate nature themes in virtually via telehealth. With 25 years of clinical experience, I bring depth, warmth, and a genuine curiosity about who you are and what you need. I offer individual therapy, clinical supervision, and lead a group practice in the Washington, DC area with a team of skilled clinicians.
