Hi, I am Erika Chiodi, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and owner of Seeds of Growth Counseling Services. With almost 2 decades of experience in mental health care, I bring a deep commitment in supporting individuals through life's challenges. I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and young adults across a wide range of clinical settings including outpatient, virtual platforms, school-based programs, inpatient and emergency rooms. I believe that every individual is the expert in their own life, and my role is to guide and support you in uncovering your strengths, clarifying your goals, and finding practical strategies for growth. I primarily draw from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes.
