I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are in their journey and providing compassionate, individualized support. As a counselor, I work with individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers through adults—helping them navigate anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, and solution focus therapy to create a space where healing can happen at your own pace. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming worry, persistent low mood, or processing difficult experiences, I'm here to help you build resilience and move forward.
