Life with a racing mind can be exhausting. I believe healing begins when we give ourselves permission to slow down, reconnect, and explore who we are beyond patterns of survival and self-protection. You may be navigating the impact of trauma and anxiety, noticing how these experiences influence your emotions, relationships, and sense of stability. At times, you might feel overwhelmed by your inner world, or find yourself disconnecting to avoid what feels too difficult. If you feel stuck in old patterns, longing for peace, or ready to create meaningful change, my aim is to help you find clarity, confidence, and connection. I utilize mindfulness-centered techniques such as somatic experiencing to enhance awareness and deepen the mind-body connection. I am trained in EMDR and offer sessions to help you process and heal from past traumas. I integrate polyvagal theory into treatment to understand and address stress responses, creating a sense of safety and empowerment. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, and we’ll collaborate on setting goals to ensure you progress at a comfortable and achievable pace. My specialties lie in treating those who struggle with trauma, anxiety and ADHD. In addition to six years of experience working in mental healthcare, I hold a certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a lifetime of experience in dance and yoga, I integrate the wisdom of the body into my therapeutic practice. My journey with embodied movement has profoundly shaped my understanding of the mind-body connection, allowing me to offer a unique approach to therapy that emphasize not just knowing your truth, but feeling your truth. I believe that every version of you is deserving of love and support. In our therapeutic relationship, you are the expert on your experiences, and I provide grounded therapeutic context. Together, we’ll create a collaborative environment where you can explore, grow and heal.
