Introduction

People often reach out to me after discovering infidelity, experiencing betrayal trauma, struggling with compulsive sexual or relationship behaviors, or feeling stuck in painful relationship and attachment patterns. I specialize in working with betrayed partners, individuals struggling with sex and love addiction, and those navigating relationship challenges that leave them feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain how to move forward. You may experience hypervigilance, intrusive thoughts, shame, fear of abandonment, or find yourself questioning your relationship, your judgment, or yourself. I help individuals and couples heal from trauma, infidelity/betrayal, communication challenges, attachment wounds, and sexual acting-out concerns. As an EMDRIA-certified therapist and CSAT-C, I use EMDR, DBT, and ACT to support trauma healing, healthier relationships, skill building, and lasting values-based change. I care deeply about this work because I consider it an honor to walk alongside people during some of the most isolating moments of their lives. When relationships feel painful or uncertain, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, strengthen your sense of safety, and move toward feeling more empowered and connected.
