I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Tarleton State University. My belief is that therapy is most effective when a genuine supportive relationship is created. I foster that connection by providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable to share, explore, and process life's challenges and stressors. Regardless of age, each person holds the ability to grow through difficult phases of life when given support, guidance, and education. My clinical experience has included settings outside of just traditional private practice. I have worked within school systems where I provided students one-on-one therapy and crisis intervention, while working closely with parents and teachers to best support the child's progress. I've also worked with adolescents clients in IOP/PHP(Partial Hospitalization Program/ Intensive Outpatient Program). I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, self- harm, grief, school stress, and relational stress. My approach is collaborative and holistic, supporting each person’s mental, emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing. I utilize techniques from a variety of evidence-based modalities— including Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT-informed strategies —to create a personalized and effective treatment plan.
