Reaching out to start therapy is often the hardest part. You don't need the right words or a tidy explanation of what's going on. You can start exactly where you are. People often find me at a threshold. They may be navigating a big transition, grieving a loss, questioning who they are or what comes next, or feeling overlooked or unseen in their own lives. I especially love walking alongside people in midlife and the seasons beyond, when old scripts stop fitting. I enjoy working with BIPOC and multicultural clients, neurodivergent adults (including those diagnosed later in life), LGBTQIA2S+ clients, and disabled and chronically ill people. I bring a commitment to racial justice and equity to all of my work. My style is warm, collaborative, and unhurried. I hold space without pressure and move at your pace. However you arrive, you're welcome here.
