Introduction

HI! My name is Erika Ubiera- Medrano, LGPC. I am a Latina Counselor, prelicensed in the state of Maryland. My current focus is providing therapist led groups for moms in Maryland. I mostly offer my services online but I am transitioning into more in person settings. I think education, connection, and a safe space for moms is important in improving their mental health. Population I am currently working with is: First time moms, spanish or english speaking moms, immigrant moms, catholic women, pregnant and postpartum population, moms in college, single moms, teen moms, etc I offer: -Individual therapy -Group Therapy -Workshops -Talks -Mental Wellness Activities Upcoming Groups in March and April 2026 1. 4 week therapist led support group for immigrant moms, in Spanish. 2. 5 week Postpartum therapy group for Maryland Moms in March 2026 3. Catholic Women's Therapy Group: What it means to Love thy neighbor like thyself. In April 2026 Upcoming Workshops in 2026: One online and one in person workshop will be offered in May 2026.
