Introduction

I believe deeply in the wisdom of emotion, and entered the field of counseling to honor the transformative power of compassionately and effectively hearing and responding to our inner worlds. I listen deeply, challenge gently, and support you in relating to yourself and others from a place of agency and understanding. If you identify as a sensitive person, experience burnout in caregiving, or struggle with patterns of codependency and anxiety that are difficult to shift, I may be a good fit for you. Through years of education and practice, as well as in-depth specialized training in Somatic Attachment Therapy and Mindfulness-based Self Compassion, I serve as your confident guide in this process. Most importantly, our collaborative therapeutic relationship creates an environment from which long-term healing can emerge. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, I am dedicated to ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. I understand that starting therapy or beginning with a new therapist can feel complicated, and offer a 15-minute free phone consultation to check that we are a good fit. Please reach out to me directly via the contact form to schedule.
