Introduction

You may have found your way here through tremendous pain. Perhaps you feel burnt out, stuck, or completely overwhelmed. As your counselor, my approach is rooted in respect for you and your lived experience, attuned presence to support awareness and understanding, and skillful guidance to help you navigate the spaces where you are struggling. With clients, I often integrate Somatic Attachment Therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion based approaches, and emotional and cognitive therapies based on the individual. Through these modalities, I can help you to: create stabilization for your nervous system, access skills for handling stress and conflict, and connect more effectively with yourself and others. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, I am dedicated to ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. I understand that starting therapy or beginning with a new therapist can feel complicated, and offer a 15-minute free phone consultation to check that we are a good fit. Please reach out to me directly via the contact form to schedule.
