You may be at a point in life when something feels unsettled, unclear, or simply different. For women in midlife, this may mean navigating changes in relationships, family, work, your body, or your sense of what comes next. For teens, it may mean figuring out who you are, managing big emotions, navigating relationships, or feeling overwhelmed. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore what might be possible. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic, existential, attachment-based, somatic, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, tailoring our work to you and what feels most helpful.
