Hi! My name is Erin, and I'm a born and raised Midwesterner from a first-generation immigrant family. Through that experience, I have personally worked through the confusion of balancing the world I grew up in with the person I have become. I believe there is room for both. While each individual brings new topics and histories to therapy, I find similar tensions exist for many of my clients. These often come in the form of "should's" around topics like work, relationships, and emotions. Getting back to the core of our emotions is the first step in creating a life of authenticity and fulfillment. Working at the intersection of your personal story and how you experience the world, I hope to better understand how you have adapted and help you approach life in a way that promotes your growth. My grounding foundation as a therapist is rooted in discovering and aligning with your most authentic self.
