Introduction

With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I enjoy supporting clients through challenges ranging from anxiety, eating disorders, relationship and family challenges, depression, and more. My therapeutic style is grounded in compassion and curiosity, drawing on cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal process, and solution-focused methods to create a personalized and supportive experience. I deeply value practicing through a lens informed by social justice and cultural humility, honoring each person’s lived experiences. I have specialized expertise in supporting those struggling with disordered eating and exercise, burnout from high-demand schooling and careers, and guiding clients through major life transitions. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking in state and national parks, savoring delicious food, and traveling to new places. Having moved 14 times in my life, I have an appreciation for the joys and challenges that come from building a sense of home in new places.
