Introduction

**Please note that I am out of the office until July 20, 2026** Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. We may carry expectations, responsibilities, old wounds, relationships, and roles that can slowly move us away from ourselves. Sometimes we realize we've been living on autopilot, living life according to a map that was laid out for us that we realize no longer fits. Sometimes we realize maybe it never fit in the first place. We may begin to wonder if who we really are got lost along the way or if there might be another way to live. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different. It's about returning to yourself. Our Work Together What if meaningful change begins with curiosity? Maybe you're not even sure exactly what you want - you're just increasingly convinced it's not "this." Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life - while gently uncovering what feels most genuine and true for you. We'll celebrate your strengths, make sense of what's keeping you stuck, heal past hurts, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Only a willingness to be curious. What We're Moving Toward My hope isn't simply that you feel better. My hope is that you experience yourself more fully. That you learn to recognize what feels like a genuine Yes or No. That your relationships become deeper and more authentic. That your choices increasingly reflect what matters most to you. That, over time, your life begins to feel more like... yours. Curious?
