Introduction

I'm Dr. Erin Gansz, a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and chronic overthinking. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and the constant need for certainty. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and deeply personalized, integrating CBT, ERP, EMDR, mindfulness, ACT, DBT, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks to help clients quiet mental noise and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in helping clients move beyond symptom management by developing greater self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and reshaping patterns that no longer serve them. Drawing from neuropsychotherapy and cognitive frameworks with a Rogerian foundation, each treatment plan is carefully tailored—never one-size-fits-all. My practice primarily supports adults navigating OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, high-functioning stress and burnout, trauma, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who appear successful on the outside but privately feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. Therapy with me is a collaborative process in which your experiences are respected, your voice is central, and your goals guide the work. Together, we explore thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles to build clarity, resilience, and lasting change. I invite you to engage in therapy that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply personalized—care designed not only to support healing, but to help you create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
