Victoria Scott, BHSS Victoria Scott practices as a Behavioral Health Support Specialist, providing compassionate, individualized support to children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, focusing on building trust, promoting resilience, and empowering clients to develop healthy coping skills. Victoria believes every individual deserves to feel heard, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive. Victoria works with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, life transitions, stress, and social or interpersonal struggles. Callie Groff, LMHC-A Callie works with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. Alicia Jones, LMFT-A Alisha believes therapy is a collaborative process where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and relational, while also incorporating practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients develop greater insight and meaningful skills for change. Alisha is particularly interested in helping individuals and couples better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships so they can move toward healthier and more fulfilling lives. She recognizes that every person’s experiences and needs are unique, and strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their concerns at their own pace.
