Hi, I’m Erin Hale, M.A., LPC-Associate. I am currently supervised by Tina Souder, M.Ed., LPC-S. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, family conflict, stress, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use person-centered counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel safe, genuine, and judgment-free. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
