Hi, I’m Erin. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and the founder of Homebody Counseling Collective, PLLC. My path into counseling grew out of years of working in special education, where I supported children and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Over time, I found myself drawn not just to advocacy and systems work, but to the deeper emotional stories people carry—and the healing that can happen when those stories are met with care, curiosity, and connection. My work is rooted in a relational, trauma-informed approach. I believe meaningful change happens in the context of a safe, attuned relationship, where you feel seen and understood—not rushed, fixed, or judged. I draw from evidence-based practices while staying deeply responsive to your lived experience, values, and goals. I work with adults, teens, and parents navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, and the quiet sense of “something isn’t right” that’s often hard to put into words. I also bring a strong background in education and systems, which allows me to support parents and caregivers who feel stretched, uncertain, or burnt out. All services are offered via telehealth, allowing therapy to fit more naturally into real life. My goal is to provide a space that feels grounding, thoughtful, and human—where you can slow down, reflect honestly, and begin building clarity, self-trust, and emotional resilience. You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy. Sometimes, the work is simply about creating space to understand yourself better and move forward with intention. If you’re looking for a therapist who values depth, collaboration, and connection, I’d be honored to work with you.
