Introduction

Hello, I'm Erin and I enjoy working with adult individuals and couples to explore concerns related to trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. I have experience working in a myriad of settings, including outpatient substance use recovery, general outpatient, and acute inpatient hospital settings. My interpersonal and Existential-Humanistic approach allows me to build trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship while promoting clients' authenticity, self-reflection, and self-compassion. I believe a collaborative approach between therapist and client boosts clients' autonomy and empowerment to enact change. If you think we would be a good fit or would like to learn more about my work with clients, please reach out.
