I implement a mind-body approach in my sessions as I have found both personally and with clients that holistic modalities offer the most healing potential. Specifically, I've found working with the nervous system pivotal in healing trauma and past wounding. Some other modalities I use are inner child work, guided imagery, mindfulness and somatic therapy. First and foremost I offer a safe, non-judgemental place where you'll feel comfortable to work through your issues as I gently guide the process.
