I believe that our deepest growth can emerge from the experiences that have hurt us most. If you're struggling with trauma, addiction, difficult relationships, or patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a place to begin making sense of those experiences and create meaningful change. With 14 years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist, I've worked extensively with individuals navigating addiction, trauma (including betrayal trauma), anxiety, and recovery. I tailor my approach to each person, drawing on EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques. I've completed Gottman Method training and including Betrayal Trauma. I also work with first responders and their families. Whether you're an individual, couple, or family seeking support, I'm here to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept multiple insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients.
