Introduction

Happy to help with: Healing from C-PTSD; Recovery for adult children of alcoholics and other family dysfunction; Recovering from codependency and people pleasing; Learning how to set boundaries and prioritize self-care; Identifying sources of anxiety and depression; Coping with grief and loss; Living life as your authentic self. You are welcome to complete a shorter course of therapy to learn a variety of coping skills or process a particular problem, or longer term therapy for more support and a deeper level of therapy. My goal is to help you learn to be your own best support person! My favorite approaches to therapy include Inner Child Work, cognitive reframing, improving self-talk, self-compassion, and gentle behavioral exposure therapy. I am also a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and can support you in creating a more peaceful relationship with food. I am here to help you figure out: Why how you feel makes sense! To identify your stressors and triggers; To practice new ways of relating to yourself and others to reduce anxiety, guilt, and shame, and to free you to live the life you want to live. I look forward to meeting you, in person or via telehealth, whichever works best for you.
