This role deepened her understanding of systemic trauma and reinforced her commitment to restorative care. In 2021, Erin founded her private practice to specialize in complex trauma, with a particular focus on military personnel and veterans. Drawing on two decades of experience, she integrates trauma-informed modalities—cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and narrative therapy—to help clients rebuild resilience, process traumatic memories, and cultivate healthier coping strategies.
