Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who graduated from Alliant International University in 2011. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings—including community mental health with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, a residential substance use treatment program, and in roles providing clinical supervision to new therapists as they grow into their professional identities. Guiding emerging clinicians has been one of the most meaningful parts of my career, and it continues to shape the way I show up in the therapy room today. These days, I love the depth and connection that private practice allows. I’m especially drawn to working with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and major life transitions—the seasons where everything feels both tender and overwhelming. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that we can do hard things, and that sometimes the bravest step is allowing someone to walk alongside you.
