I am a state-licensed and board-certified Professional Counselor in Oregon and Washington. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and began my clinical work in the mental health field in 2006. I specialize in the treatment of adults struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and relational stressors. I believe in building a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship to promote social and emotional growth, and ultimately, empowering the client to achieve their own success. My work with couples is grounded in the belief that conflict, disconnection, and emotional pain often arise not from a lack of love, but from unmet needs, miscommunication, and the legacy of past experiences. I am deeply committed to helping couples navigate these challenges with compassion, clarity, and intention. When not at work, I am busy with my three children and family, going from one sporting event to the next, and enjoying travel and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
