I work with adults who are looking for a compassionate, grounded space to show up authentically and explore what they’re carrying. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism), eating disorders, identity exploration, and major life transitions. They often come to therapy wanting to feel understood, supported, and empowered as they make sense of their experiences. I help clients move forward by creating a collaborative environment where they can feel seen, validated, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. As an Eating Disorder Informed Professional, I use a fat‑positive, weight‑inclusive approach to help clients heal their relationship with food and body. I offer affirming care for LGBTQIA+ adults and have a special passion for supporting women through the many life stages and transitions they experience. I know how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy, especially when you’ve had experiences that weren’t always met with understanding. I approach each person with curiosity, respect, and a belief in their capacity to grow and heal. If you’re looking for someone who will walk alongside you with compassion and support, I would be honored to connect with you.
