I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and behavioral difficulties. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
