Introduction

I’m Erin, a licensed clinical social worker offering therapy in Milaca and through telehealth across Minnesota. I’ve worked with individuals and families impacted by trauma since 2006, drawing on experience in residential treatment, community mental health, schools, and outpatient care. I use EMDR, IFS, mindfulness‑based approaches, and somatic‑informed practices to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and the stressors that shape daily life. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
