Hi there! I’m Esha, a Masters of Social Work intern at Anchored Support Services. I believe healing happens best in a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I take a holistic approach that sees you as more than the challenges you’re facing. Meaningful change starts with understanding your whole story, including your culture, family, relationships, values, and lived experiences. As a daughter of South Asian immigrants, I understand the push and pull between cultural expectations and personal goals, and I bring that perspective into my work with individuals. I work with young adults and adults navigating identity development, acculturation, and the sometimes difficult balance between personal authenticity and cultural belonging. I’m especially passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, when becoming a parent can bring big emotional, relational, and identity shifts. I also facilitate groups for people seeking connection, support, and shared learning. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, family conflict, or the stress of a major life transition, we can work together to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself. I would be honored to support you as you move toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and a life that feels more authentic.
