I hold a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. I take a person-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each client. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are. I specialize in supporting adults and teens through grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal issues, and experiences of cultural adjustment and immigration. Taking this step can feel intimidating, but with the right support, lasting change is possible.
