Introduction

You know the pattern. You can name it, trace it back to where it started, maybe even explain it to your partner with clinical precision. And yet, you're still stuck in it. The arguments that circle back to the same place. The distance that grows wider while you both pretend things are fine. The quiet ache of being in a relationship where you feel lonelier together than when you are actually alone. You've been tiptoeing long enough. You know what you want your relationship and your life to feel like, even if you've almost stopped believing it's possible. My approach offers something different than traditional therapy models. Devoted Partnership is an intensive two-day relationship coaching experience for couples who are committed to each other and ready to stop circling the same dynamics. This is not weekly therapy. It is concentrated, immersive, and designed for people whose lives are too full and whose patterns are too entrenched to make meaningful shifts in just fifty minutes a week. We go deeper in two days than many couples go in two years of traditional sessions. I also offer Sovereign Self, a half-day individual intensive for high-achieving professionals navigating burnout, identity shifts, or life transitions. If you've outgrown weekly therapy or never had the time for it, this is depth over duration. My work draws on 23 years as a licensed marriage and family therapist, combined with coaching, meditation, and a deep understanding of how culture and identity shape our relationships. I am based in Washington, DC, but available for in-person intensives nationwide. You can come to me, and I'll provide support planning your travel, or you can have me come to you for an additional flat-rate travel fee. I do not accept insurance and am not currently taking weekly therapy clients. My work is exclusively intensives and small group coaching programs.
