My clinical work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES) principles and radical self-acceptance. I welcome and affirm neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, sex/kink, polyamorous, fat, and sex worker identities, with a strong focus on supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and caregiving communities. Guided by a social justice lens, I explore the intersections of identity, oppression, and generational trauma as part of the healing process. I believe healing happens within supportive relationships, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to bring your whole self. My approach centers resilience, connection, joy, and self-acceptance while honoring collective and community-based ways of healing.
