Ethan believes therapy should be about more than simply managing symptoms. His approach is focused on helping clients experience healing and growth that lasts. The struggles we face are shaped by many experiences and many causes. Ethan works with clients to understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck and move toward meaningful change. Ethan works with children ages 10–17 and adults 18+. He has a special interest in anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and religious/spiritual issues. Clients often appreciate that Ethan is easy to talk to, practical, and willing to think outside the box when addressing a variety of concerns. Ethan completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He received his master’s degree in counseling psychology and certificate in psychological trauma from Wheaton College, while also being a member of research labs at Wheaton and the University of Notre Dame.
