Introduction

I understand that seeking help for mental health concerns can feel like a difficult first step, and I'm here to make that journey feel safe and supported. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) with a Master's degree in Family Health Nursing, I bring both clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to listening. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from teenagers through older adults—addressing everything from anxiety and depression to ADHD, mood disorders, personality concerns, trauma, and substance use. My approach is solution-focused and holistic; I take time to understand your unique situation, explain what's happening in clear terms, and collaborate with you on personalized treatment options that may include medication management, therapy, or both. Whether you're navigating a life transition, relationship challenge, or a more complex mental health condition, I'm committed to creating a space where you feel truly heard. I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments and accept a range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients.
