Hi, I'm Eugena. For more than 20 years, I've been helping people navigate life's toughest moments while reminding them they don't have to lose themselves in the process. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pretending, and no pressure to have everything figured out. Some sessions are filled with tears. Others with laughter. Most are a little of both, because that's how real life works. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I'll challenge you when you need it, celebrate your victories (big and small), and help you recognize strengths you may have forgotten were there. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding who you are with compassion.
