Introduction

I work with men in their 20s and 30s navigating some of the hardest terrain of their lives — addictive patterns, anxiety, unresolved trauma, cycles that keep showing up no matter how hard they try to outrun them. The pressure at this stage is real. So is the cost of carrying it alone. My job isn't to make you feel understood and send you home. It's to walk with you while you build something worth living for. I specialize in pornography and sex addiction, OCD, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
