Welcome! I am passionate about human’s minds and behavior. I believe that we can start a new beginning by finding inner balance and investing in ourselves with a holistic view. Together, we will work on uncovering the real cause of traumatic stress disorders and feelings of depression, anxiety, hyperactivity, loss, grief and impulsivity. The therapeutic environment is empowered by your intention and inner strengths. I use a person centered approach to validate you as a whole person. I specialize in EMDR and Mindfulness. I am bilingual and provide culturally sensitive therapy for Portuguese-speaking individuals. Terapia em Português. Será um prazer te conhecer. I also provide cross-cultural therapy assisting with the adaptation process to a new culture, including the Brazilian Community.
