Introduction

My interest in therapy began long before I became a therapist. For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about how the mind works, why we become who we are, and how our relationships and experiences shape the way we move through the world. My work with clients is rooted in curiosity, warmth, and a desire to understand what has shaped them. As someone who has lived between different identities, cultures, and expectations, I bring sensitivity to questions of belonging, family roles, and self-understanding. I work with individuals, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, identity, self-worth, life transitions, body image, and disconnection from themselves or others. My goal is to create a collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and gently challenged as they move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and connection.
