I offer therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or a general sense of stress and overwhelm. I work with individuals who want to address issues related to meaning & purpose, stage-of-life, family-of-origin, identity, career, creativity, relationships, as well as grief & loss. My formal training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy, however, I use an integrative approach. I draw from a variety of theoretical frameworks including Buddhist psychology, attachment theory, somatic modalities and embodied practices, and neuropsychology. The foundation of my work is a compassionate presence, an innate curiosity in the nature of mind and embodied experience, and a belief in the inherent wisdom and potential of each individual. I work collaboratively with clients to create an engaging space which will become the context for growth and change. I have post-graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy from the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute and offer twice-weekly sessions to clients who may benefit from a more concentrated frequency.
