I provide care to people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, with a focus on creating a welcoming space where everyone feels accepted and understood. My work is guided by a respect for each person’s unique journey and the belief that therapy should honor the whole self. My passion is to support people from all walks of life in their journey toward growth, healing, and clarity, while also bringing a strong commitment to working with neurodiverse individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community.In my free time I like to explore the different neighborhoods within Seattle as well as walk around Greenlake. I also enjoy cooking different cultural cuisines. Spending time with my friends on the weekends and going to concerts provides me with joy. I offer a 50-minute initial session for $25 as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your goals together. Life can sometimes feel like it’s moving at the speed of light, and reaching out can be the first step toward slowing down and prioritizing yourself.
