I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to meet you where you are - not where you think you “should” be. I see our therapeutic relationship as a 50/50 partnership: you bring your lived experience, goals, strengths, and willingness to explore, while I bring my clinical experience, curiosity, compassion, and the tools that can help you move forward. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful to you. Depending on your needs and goals, I may draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, IFS-informed therapy, EMDR (I am trained- working towards getting certified), and trauma-informed (and person centered) care to help you better understand yourself, develop coping skills, process difficult experiences, and navigate life’s challenges. My hope is not simply that you learn how to manage symptoms, but that you begin to feel more connected to yourself and more comfortable being your authentic self. Therapy can be a space to explore who you are, what matters to you, what may be holding you back, and what gives your life meaning and purpose. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start exactly where you are and take the next step together.
