I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a person-centered, mindfulness-based approach, focused on meeting you where you are and helping you stay connected to yourself. I work with clients through life transitions to build presence, clarity, and self-understanding. I am trauma-informed and currently training in EMDR and IFS.
