Introduction

You may have a sense of what needs to change in your life but feel unsure of where to begin. You might be insightful, self-aware, and even motivated yet the overwhelm, doubt, or fear of making the “wrong” choice keeps you stuck. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to figure it all out alone. I offer support, structure, and a calm sounding board to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and move forward with confidence. No matter what path you choose, I believe it can lead you exactly where you need to be even if the road includes challenges along the way. I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a person-centered, mindfulness-based approach, focused on meeting you where you are and helping you stay connected to yourself. I work with clients through life transitions to build presence, clarity, and self-understanding. I am trauma-informed and currently training in EMDR and IFS. If you are curious about therapy or wondering if we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. Even if you just want to learn more about the approaches I use, I am happy to connect and answer any questions.
