I work with individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship centered around comfort and safety. As treatment progresses, I help you gain self-awareness of the thoughts and habits that are negatively impacting your well-being. I will challenge you to use the knowledge and tools you're gaining during our sessions to achieve the change you're capable of. I believe everyone has what they need within themselves.
