I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting young children, parents, and families through trauma, stress, and relational challenges. My passion is helping families strengthen attachment, rebuild connection, and create emotionally safe environments where children can thrive. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and mental health, I bring a deep understanding of child development, family systems, and relational healing into my work. I am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), an evidence-based model designed to support young children and caregivers following trauma or attachment disruptions. I also integrate play therapy and attachment-based approaches to help children express emotions in developmentally appropriate ways. I am a California Endorsed Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and a Reflective Practice Facilitator II, credentials that reflect advanced training in early relational health, reflective supervision, and trauma-informed care. These endorsements deepen my commitment to understanding the emotional experiences of both children and caregivers, and to supporting families through thoughtful, relationship-centered work. As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors each family’s unique story, strengths, and values. I believe that relationships are the foundation of healing. When caregivers feel supported and empowered, children experience greater emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
