Hello and welcome, my name is Everest, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy. In my practice, I help individuals make meaningful changes to their life by uncovering and examining unconscious patterns. As I get to know you, I share my observations/insights about you and over time we develop a relationship that inevitably has elements of your other relationships; through careful examination of your responses and reactions (both to me and to events in your life) we can identify the causes of your suffering, the patterns that sustain your suffering and what can be done towards realistically changing.
